Discussion Questions for Lecture 19, Chpt 13, Energy, (a)
Please do some basic Internet research to find out about
your assigned topic below. You will be asked to summarize what you found in
class. I will call on several students for each question with each student
adding to what the previous said, and may have left out. This should be
interesting and enjoyable for each group to hear what the other groups found on
this important topic and potential setback for solar energy.
Students with last names beginning with A through E: California's Renewable
Energy Buydown Program
Students with last names beginning with F through L: California’s Net Metering Program
Students with last names beginning with M through Z: California’s Proposed solar tax equivalent, known as “exit fees”
